Develop Skills-You can learn a new language or dance or enroll yourself in cooking classes

Pay Attention to your emotional health because at 40s during perimenopausal stage you may feel tired and exhausted

Get your health checkup
It is not a funfilled experience but early detection is the key for prevention. Women are recommended to have a general checkup with their Gynecologist once you are 40. As a women you need some special exams and screenings.
During Health checkup your health care provider will do tests to rule out Hypertentesion and Diabetics
